Onzenna is pleased to provide simple and affordable flat-rate shipping options to all U.S. states. Standard shipping is a flat rate of $7.99. Standard shipping within the continental US is free on all orders $75 and over, excluding tax, and after discounts are applied.

• Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii? Yes, we ship to all 50 states in the United States. 
• Do you ship internationally? No, at this moment we do not ship internationally. 
• I have not received my order although my order was supposed to be already delivered. What do I do? Please contact us at hello@onzenna.com

Please note: If by chance the goods cannot be delivered to the customer's home due to an error of address or information placed on the order, Onzenna reserves the right to charge a redelivery fee of the goods according to the product weight and the place of delivery.
