We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All return is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, completely unopened and unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customer Remorse Returns (Changed mind / Looks different from images) To start a return you can contact us at hello@onzenna.com. A $7.99 return shipping fee and 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Items must be completely unopened in original packaging.
Defective or Damaged Items Do not ship the item back. Instead, email hello@onzenna.com within 5 days of receiving your order with:
Incorrect Items Received: Email hello@onzenna.com. A free return label will be provided. Once received, a full refund will be issued and you may place a new order.
We'll respond within 1-2 business days.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the refund decision. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, return your eligible item and place a new order.
